Show us what ya’ got! We know you’ve got mad skills – building, gluing, painting, sewing…. Whatever your talents, we want to feature your DIY project on Beenke!

We are looking for creative, homemade DIY projects to share with our mom community. The projects can be designed for kids, adults, or both. Submit a good quality photo(s) of the completed project and a text file containing the step-by-step instructions for making it.

We are looking for projects from the following categories;

• Fun & Easy
• Handmade Gifts
• Occasions & Holidays (such as, Mother’s/Father’s Day, Baby Shower, Halloween, Christmas, etc.)

Also, let us know what makes your project “special”. Is it quick? Was it a well-loved gift? Is it a fun activity to do with your kids? We want more than just instructions, we want to hear your project’s unique story too.

The Process

Once you click submit, our editorial team will review your original project to determine if it is an awesome fit for Beenke. If yes, we will publish your work on our site!

You can submit DIY projects as often as you like. There are no deadlines or any hard and fast “rules” for projects. Be sure the step-by-step instructions are complete and easy to follow.

While we prefer original unpublished DIY projects, we are open to republishing previously published work to give your content a wider audience. At the bottom of each post we’ll display your 1-2 sentence bio, photo and links back to your website (yeah baby!).

Tips For Getting Published On Beenke

Do not submit your project until you thoroughly proofread and edit your piece. We want DIY projects that are press-ready! If something requires too many edits, our team will likely pass.

NEVER try to pass off other people’s work as your own. We only want original crafts from you!

The Fine Print

DIY projects submitted by contributors will be considered for publication by Beenke’s editorial staff. We do not offer financial compensation for submitted projects.

beenke.com welcomes your submissions of photos, text files, and other “Content”. By submitting Content or images to us, you grant us an irrevocable, royalty-free, perpetual right to use that Content at our discretion. This includes the royalty-free right to copy, display, perform, transmit, and create derivative and collective works of that Content. It also includes permission to use the image and likeness of you and any person depicted in any such Content for all purposes, without compensation, and a waiver of any rights of attribution, integrity, publicity or privacy you and any person depicted in any such Content may have.

You verify that any Content you submit is original and created by you. You represent and warrant that any content you submit to us does not infringe or misappropriate any right of a third party and that you have the right to grant all rights granted above.

Beenke’s editorial staff reviews submissions and handpicks the projects to be featured on beenke.com. We will notify you within two weeks of submission if we are planning to run your project. If you do not hear from us within that time frame, please feel free to submit elsewhere.
